These Terms and conditions are an agreement between you, the user of our website, and us, Tucktec EU, a branch of MB „Arborus grupė“ (Arborus Group), registration number 305980180, registration address Volungės g. 18-21, Vilnius, Lithuania, and our controlled branches, subsidiaries, and assignees. Your use of the website constitutes you agreeing to these Terms and conditions, especially after making a purchase. This agreement is regulated / governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where our company is registered. We pay taxes on behalf of our customers in the European Union under the OSS scheme with the OSS number LT 100016067112.
Prohibited activities
You may not use our website for any unlawful activity and / or to cause damage to our business and / or anyone else.
Intellectual property
You agree that the website, including but not limited to content, graphics, user interface, video clips, audio clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement the website and it‘s functionality, contain proprietary information and material that belongs to Arborus Group, is protected by intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such porprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the website for personal, noncommercial uses in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the website and content may be transferred, reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
Other agreements
These Terms and conditions also enforce the Privacy policy. After making a purchase, you also agree to the Shipping policy, Warranty policy, Return policy, Usage instructions and you agree to use the product as intended. Deviation from the Usage instructions is risky and not recommended. We are not held liable for any consequences arising from such acitons.

Prices and promotions are subject to change. Despite our best efforts, sometimes your order may not be able to be fulfilled, an offer may be misstated, or an item may be mispriced. Payments
Payments are handled by our partner UAB „Paysera LT“. We provide only the listed payment methods and only the listed currencies. Chargebacks are handled on an individual basis upon receipt of the necessary information from Paysera.
Product copying
You are not allowed to copy our products and sell fakes to consumers. Any usage of our techniques and or unique product features are deemed illegal.
User Generated Content
You may interact with Tucktec EU and Arborus Group in numerous ways, including reviews, ratings, videos, questions and answers, community forums, community groups, testimonials, and email communication. You hereby grant Arborus Group a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any information (except order information and personal data) or materials you share with us throughout the world in any media, including when you allow Tucktec EU to feature text, images and videos shared through social media, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, or submitted reviews and ratings. You also grant us the right to use the name and social media handle that you use when you share content with us in connection with that content. When you share content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not share anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall Arborus Group or its employees, directors, officers or assignees be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the site and / or purchased products. You acknowledge, by your use of the site and / or products, that your use of the site and / or products is at your sole risk. This agreement is regulated / governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where our company is registered. You agree that any claims or disputes arising from the use of our products, this Terms and conditions agreement or other agreements that these Terms and conditions reference will be resolved in Vilnius District Court in Lithuania.
