Until now, we've only been accepting payments through Revolut using Visa and Mastercard debit / credit cards. We're happy to announce that we've partnered with Neopay to accept local banks in 17 different countries across Europe!

What is Neopay? Is it secure? How do I use it?

Neopay is a banking solution which utilizes Open Banking APIs to facilitate transactions between businesses and their customers. Basically, Neopay connects your local bank to our local bank, making direct money transfers possible after the customer's confirmation. It is secure, as it does not take any of your login or personal information - it only initiates the transaction with your local bank and redirects you to their website.

Paying for your order with Neopay is simple. After choosing your favorite Tucktec folding kayak model, head to checkout. Enter the necessary details to complete your order (name, last name, address, etc.). After that, choose your preferred shipping option. Then, you'll be asked to pay for the order. Currently we support 4 types of payment options: paying via bank transfer, paying via debit / credit card, paying via Revolut and, the new option - paying via Neopay (it will be listed as "Pay through e-banking" in the options menu).

To pay using your country's local banks, select the "Pay through e-banking" option, make sure the correct country is selected and select your preferred local bank, from which funds will be deducted. Don't forget to agree to the Terms and conditions, and then click "Place order". You will be redirected to your selected local bank's website, where you will have to complete the payment process set out by your bank. Please note that this is individual for each country and each bank, because this process is controlled by each bank individually, so we cannot write detailed instructions for each of them. But don't worry - the process is simple and straightforward!

Which countries and banks are available?

Neopay connects banks from these 17 different countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Greece, Romania, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Czechia. If your country is not on the list, don't worry - you can still pay for your order using a Visa or Mastercard credit / debit card!
