Our return policy has been prepared under the guidelines of the EU consumer protection law and the legislation of other countries where Tucktec EU (a branch of the company MB „Arborus grupė“, the seller) conducts operations. Every customer has the right a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the kayak by informing us at info@tucktec.eu. The customer must arrange for the shipment of the kayak. At the request of the customer, in order to provide them with cheaper alternatives, we may arrange the shipping (we reserve the right to not provide any alternatives). In any case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, either by arranging the shipping themselves or paying us for our offer. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the kayak at our facilities. Only a partial refund is issued if the kayak has been returned damaged (cosmetic issues or scratches don’t apply).

After the 14-day period after the date of delivery has expired, we offer a 90-day return window which entitles the returnee for a 75% refund. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the kayak at our facilities. A 25% refund is issued if the kayak has been returned damaged (cosmetic issues or scratches don’t apply). In any case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, either by arranging the shipping themselves or paying us for our offered shipping arrangements.

Please note that under certain Warranty policy conditions, kayaks can also be returned free of charge with the shipping costs covered. Please refer to the Warranty policy for more details.

Refunds can be issued in accordance with the same payment method which you used while buying the products. Chargebacks are processed on an individual basis when we receive the necessary information from our payment processors.

Not wanting to pay customs fees does not qualify you for a refund on the shipping and any other fees incurred by us related with the handling of the package. We reserve the right to deduct shipping and other handling costs from all refunds. These are proven by invoice from our logistics partners or the price set out in the pricelist of our logistics partners, with an additional 3€ handling fee.
